Jenny has been friends with Hayley since primary school so has known her for over 30 years!! They have worked together before as HR assistants at a popular supermarket......the orange one!!

Before joining bi-uk, Jenny worked as an editor for her husband's videography business. She has also worked as a qualified dental nurse which helped her gain great customer service skills.

Jennys favourite food is a Roast dinner...especially when it's not been cooked by her! She also loves crisps and can't pick her favourite flavour as she has too many!

Jo has a Family with 3 children. She enjoys Family walks and spending time in nature.

Jo Trained at West Suffolk College where she became a fully Qualified Plumber. Jo is also a GAS Safe Registered Engineer and loves fitting new boilers. She could be fitting your boiler soon!

Jo's favourite part of plumbing is the problem solving aspect. Jo enjoys helping customers to overcome their plumbing dilemmas and achieve successful final outcomes.

Jo enjoys second fixing Bathrooms and she's excellent at it with great Attention to Detail.
